Google Chrome
Open Chrome and go to Settings (three dots menu, top right). Select Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data. Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and go to Settings (hamburger menu, top right). Select Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, you can choose your cookie blocking level. To clear cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
Apple Safari

Microsoft Edge
