This policy applies to data collected via the website at anyaman.sbs and in the course of providing services to families. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages.

- Enquiry form data: retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then deleted
- Service delivery records (administrative records of engagements): retained for 7 years in accordance with Malaysian accounting and business record requirements
- Documents handled on behalf of clients: not retained after handover to the family; all copies deleted or securely destroyed within 14 days of handover
3. How we protect personal data
- Digital files transferred to clients are encrypted before transfer
- Access to client records within the practice is limited to the team members working on that engagement
- Physical documents are stored in locked cabinets during the period of active work and destroyed securely after handover
- The website is served over HTTPS
- In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with our obligations under the PDPA
